Looking for a roommate to take a spacious unfurnished bedroom in my 2 bedroom apartment in greenpoint! Building only has 6 apartments, we are on the 3rd floor (walk up), no one above us! One bathroom, nice kitchen with fairly new appliances. Small living room with table, looking to get a small couch as well for the living space.

Room can fit up to a king sized bed. Desk and dresser. It has a closet as well!!!

Space is located on Sutton Street between Nassau and Driggs.

$1850/month includes all utilities

Female roommate preferred. Must be clean and respectful of the shared spaces. Sorry, but no pets allowed.

I am a 41 yr old female professional who goes into the office 4 times a week. I work in greenpoint as well. Love movies, beaches, travel and vegging out at home. Not into bring the party back but enjoy going out to bars and restaurants.
