You will be sharing a 2BR apartment with me and my tuxedo cat, Dora. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a walk-up. No elevator. The room faces the street and gets plenty of sun. The room has no closet :-( However, it is big enough for a full or queen-sized bed.. Utilities are not included.

There is no laundry in the building, but we have a laundromat across the street, and the owner is super cool. Two more are close, so take your pick. There's a grocery store and Jamaican cafe directly across the street. We have coffee shops and bars very close by. There's a lot of good food in the area as well. Barclays Center, Broadway Junction, and Brooklyn Museum are all in a 20-minute radius by train.

I am very chill and pretty minimal in the common areas. Dora is quiet and likes to sleep and eat. She is more on the shy side and respects your space. The neighborhood is walkable. I have lived here for many years, and I go to all the parks in the area, Fulton Street, Broadway...

I like to cook, and I do a lot of it for myself. I like to keep the place clean, but I'm not a neat freak. One fork in the sink isn't going to send me into oblivion.

I'm looking for an independent person - has their own groceries, money - friendly of course, but has their own things to do. Visitors are fine, but please, no parties unless we have agreed.
