Renting my room in a 2 bedroom renovated apartment starting June 1 and ending November 30 with option to renew. I'm moving out after living in the building for almost 2 years to live with my partner. My current roommate, who is staying, is a 25 year old woman who works in advertising. I love this apartment - it's so bright. I have had very few maintenance issues to which the management has been very responsive.

Train stops close by are the Kosciusko J and the Myrtle Broadway J/M/Z.

Apartment includes:
-Elevator
-Laundry in building
-Gym in building
-Dishwasher
-Roof deck
-Balcony facing away from the street
-Splits to control heat/AC in each room
-Large, bright windows that face away from the main street

Utilities: not included in the rent
-Wifi comes out to about $25 a month
-Electric comes out to $100-200 a month per person, depending on how much the split units are used

Please note there is no closet in the bedroom but my roommate has been accommodating about me having some storage in the living room. There is also a built-in desk (seen in the picture) that I can either leave or uninstall depending on your preferences, as well as the pole that is installed to hang clothes on. Many of the items in the living room (guitars, speakers on the console) are mine, so there will be space for your belongings. Also, the cat in the photo is mine and will be coming with me - my roommate doesn't have any pets.
