The building is small with only 2 units. Close to J and M trains on the Bushwick/Bedstuy border. 15 minute walk to Maria Hernandez park.

2 floors (duplex), 2 full bathrooms, laundry in unit, lots of light, giant fancy kitchen with dishwasher and modern appliances, big bedroom with fireplace (not working) and huge closet. Must be okay with cats.

I am looking for someone who is comfortable keeping the common spaces very tidy and clean, who is quiet and respectful, with a stable income.
