Subletting a room in a 2 bed loft starting Dec 1st for 5 months (with the possibility to extend). Looking for an easy going and relaxed housemate to share this tranquil space. The loft is big, bright and airy and catches the sun in the mornings and evenings. It has hard wood floors and lots of plants. There is laundry units on the same floor level and lots of great cafes and restaurants near by. It's located right off the Jefferson L stop and approx. 20 mins into Manhattan and a 10 min cycle to Mccarren park/waterfront.

Sharing with 33F, Documentary Director/Producer. I love art, film and music and like to keep the space clean and tidy and quiet with the occasional dinner party from time to time.
