I’m subletting my room in Greenpoint. Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can stay the full period, but I’m open to discussing shorter stays as well.

The apartment is gorgeous: a bright, sun-filled space in a new building with large windows, a spacious living room and kitchen, and in-unit washer/dryer. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped.

You’d be living with two female roommates in their early 30s. The apartment has a quiet, calm, and respectful atmosphere, and we’re looking for someone who would be a good fit for that environment. Both roommates have busy schedules and are often in and out during the day. The bathroom is shared with only one roommate, since the other bedroom has an ensuite.

The location is one of my favorite parts of living here — the apartment is on Dupont Street at the northern tip of Greenpoint. It’s a peaceful residential area with beautiful tree-lined streets, great cafés and restaurants nearby, and just a 5-minute walk to the waterfront park with amazing Manhattan views. The Greenpoint ferry, G train, and 7 train are all within about a 10-minute walk.
