This cozy bedroom has a view of our garden and includes a twin bed, wall shelving unit, and closet. This room is is located in our gorgeous, unique brownstone which includes a fabulous kitchen, cozy large living room with evolving art collection, a huge vibrant backyard w/ blooming garden, 3 full bathrooms, and music venue/performance art space. Residents have access to all of this and so much more! This is an opportunity to showcase your art- visual, performance, music, and more and LIVE with other like minded, very kind artists. Currently there are 5 artists living in the space. We host weekly live shows and this is a very exciting opportunity for the right person.
