Room opening up July 1 in a 3 bedroom in South Park Slope / Gowanus !

1 block from the Prospect Av R train and ~5 blocks from the F and G

It's a really quiet street and building (although you can kinda hear the BQE which I think just sounds like the ocean), there are only 4 units (we are up 1 flight of stairs on top floor), all the neighbors are nice and there's laundry in the basement. Landlord is great, too. Roof access (up a sort of flimsy ladder!)

Looking for someone to sign on the lease starting July 1. $925 + utilities + internet. The open room is one of the more spacious and feels private because it's at the other end of the apt., away from the other bedrooms. It can fit a large bed, a desk, a dresser, etc. There isn’t a built-in closet but there is a corner you could fit a freestanding or mounted wall rack in.

The honest to God caveat: the window in the open room faces out to an alley about 5 feet in front of it. But in the summer we get pretty ivy that grows on the wall, and there’s a wooden box outside the window to put plants in which makes it feel cozier.

Please send us some info about you! Like your typical schedule, cleanliness level, are you work-from-home, why you’re leaving your current place, fun facts, hobbies, etc.🙂 and would you be able to sign on to the yearlong lease?
