Located on the top floor of a two-story classic brownstone, the furnished room is adjacent to the living and dining area. The room has a new full size bed, leather banquette, closet, and window.

One door of the room leads to the living/dining area and the other leads to the shared kitchen and full bathroom via a private landing.

The main shared space has a floor to ceiling library, 10' dining/work table, three southern facing sunny windows, and healthy plant life. There is high speed internet throughout.

Most of the time staying here is like having an entire apt to yourself due to the layout (my area is at the opposite end). I am a writer and publisher. Relaxed, tranquil atmosphere great for creative people. Utilities are separate but inexpensive (circa $100+ per month).

Moments from Prospect Park and a 10 minute bike ride to the Brooklyn Museum. The Q/2/5 trains are within walking distance, as are local buses and Citibikes.

Nearby spots include Kings Theatre music venue, the Food Co-Op, Sycamore Bar & Flower Shop, Honey Salon, Cafe Madeleine, The Castello Plan, Kings County Wines, Manchego Tapas Wine Bar, The Garden at Ditmas (Japanese), Lea (Italian), & Werkstaat (Austrian).

When writing, note exactly what date range you are requesting. I am open to time periods of different lengths.
