Hi, 2 male tenants are looking for 1 more person to share a spacious, sunny, renovated 3 BR / 2 full bath apartment in central Harlem. Male or female would be fine. The room is unfurnished. The apartment has stainless steel kitchen appliances that were new last summer. The last room in the apartment rents for $1202, a private room with a bathroom shared with one male.

It is a lot of space for the money. The room is rented unfurnished and the photos are renderings of how furniture would layout in this specific apartment.

This is a non-smoking building but there is outdoor garden space where you could smoke outside.

Exposed brick wall in living room, newly refinished hardwood floors, granite countertop, ceramic tile to the ceiling with 2 full baths in the apartment which makes it a good share. The bedrooms are large, big enough to accommodate enough for a queen-sized bed and other furniture besides. Quiet, very clean, well-maintained building with laundry in basement and live-in super. High security lock system - get from the street into your apartment with 1 key. Pictured is a furnished and planted garden for tenant use with outdoor furniture and a lounger - very nice during the summer.

Number 2,3 train on 135th is 5 min away and number 4,5,6 on 125th street is 10 min away walking which makes it very convenient to get quickly to the east or the west side. Supermarkets are nearby, Whole Foods is a few blocks away so you can pick something up on your way back from the subway.

Tenants:
One tenant is the 27 year old program manager at a non-profit. He is a native New Yorker and is into bouldering, bird-watching, skateboarding and cooking. Sort of a gentle guy, loves plants. animals and anything to do with nature. He prefers an apt. that is clean and tidy, particularly in the shared bathroom. It is also preferred that the apartment is quiet but can also be flexible around volume. He works from home 1-2 days a week and works 9-5 at an office, so late night volume during the week is not ideal. In terms of general lifestyle, he has his partner stay a night or two every other weekend but does not infringe on common spaces and cooks regularly throughout the week. He wants to get to know people he lives with and create a good vibe at the apartment that is centered on mutual respect, responsibility, and care.

The other tenant is a 32 yo salesman for craft beer labels so he knows a lot of the best local bars and restaurants. He is from the west coast and has lived in Harlem for 4 years. He also likes a lot of outdoor activities and also prefers socializing out of the apartment and keeping a quiet home.
