Looking for a 6+ week rental sometime this fall. Very flexible on dates and length of stay. Something like: Nov 1 - Dec 15 would be ideal. Could also start up to 2 weeks earlier. Open to a much longer lease (e.g. several months into 2025) if the space is a great fit.

What: Pet friendly studio or 1 bedroom apartment
When: November/December
Where: Ideally Astoria. Also open to LIC, UES, Greenpoint, Sunnyside
