I'm looking for a private apartment or house with a workspace (desk, chair, wifi, decent lighting) and a basic kitchen. Looking for a swap for the month of April with the possibility of extending to May, but I'm flexible on scheduling. I'm looking to stay in or near Beacon, New Paltz or Kingston, as I'm most familiar with these towns and I also have a car. I'm a writer looking to get out of the city for a couple of months as I finish a project.

My apartment is in the heart of the city steps away from Lincoln Center and Columbus Circle and walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, dozens of restaurants, gyms, nightlife, museums, cafes, and a million other amenities. A short block from the A/B/C/D/1 trains. It's truly an oasis in the middle of all the action.

It's an older building, but there's great heating, plenty of natural light, a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a pullout couch in the living room. There's even a huge, well-maintained, peaceful garden to sit out in during warmer weather.

LIVING ROOM
- Brand-new windows that let in nice natural light

- Workspace with desk, ergonomic chair, lamps, monitor
- Verizon Fios internet
- Pullout sofa

KITCHEN
- Dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, and everything you need to cook a meal

BEDROOM
- Queen-sized bed with comfortable frame
- Second workspace with desk and chair
- Drying rack
- Closet space

There is also laundry in the basement. I'm the primary owner and would be happy to give an in-person tour or send video/more photos! I just ask that the space be well-maintained and the plants get watered every once in a while. No pets or smoking of any kind inside the unit.

My schedule is flexible, so I'm happy to talk about alternate dates as long as it's a good fit.
