I am looking for a furnished space March 2- May 2, with some flexibility on dates. Wifi is a must. PLEASE NO SHARES. No basement apartments please.
Person staying in space is: Male in early 30's. Responsible, clean, respectful, quiet. Homeowner so he will go home if he has a few days off. He will be working long days mostly in the UES so would be great if space is quiet. May WFH here and there.
I am posting for him because my company will pay for the rental. Either I will pay directly to you and they will reimburse me or they will pay directly to you- whatever you prefer. Would be great to see the place in advance to ensure it is a good match. Thanks in advance!

Tenant (not me) is a hard working male in his mid 30's. He is coming to NYC for an installation and will be working 10 hour days. He is clean and quiet and very respectful.
I am not the tenant, but I am in charge of finding a home away from home for him. My company is hiring him for this installation, and we have worked with him in the past.
