Welcome to the beautiful light filled house surrounded by trees! My home is located in the best block of Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, where you feel like you are living in a countryside while having access to all the city offers. It’s very quiet and you can hear bird songs in this area. You will feel calm and beautiful energy immediately when you walk in my house. This is the home to relax and destress the life in the city.

I’d love people to enjoy my beautiful and relaxing home while I’m away. I’d like to rent from November 1st until June 30th minimum, but ideally for 1 year (with an option to extend). Looking for very clean, quiet, respectful people to occupy my home who will leave things as tidy as they were before.

My place features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across the upper two floors of a detached Victorian house. The light-filled lower floor includes a living room, dining room, mudroom with a large walk-in storage space, kitchen, and a bathroom. This floor boasts an open layout with 6 windows and 2 stained glass windows on the south side of the house.
Upstairs, the first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a full-size bed, and the third bedroom, which I use as an office, workout space, and guest bedroom, has a twin-size bed. There is also a washer/dryer and another bathroom on the upper floor.
