Temporary Sublet for April-May with Opportunity to Extend Through Summer

I'm looking for one person to sublet my bedroom, office, and private bath. The home is a 4 bed / 2 bath house with two separate wings, currently shared with one female in her mid-30s who works in music (Portuguese, artist manager). She has her own side of the house, so it truly feels like two separate spaces.

You’ll have your own private wing that includes:

- Bedroom with direct access to the deck
- Private office / film or self-tape studio
- Private bathroom with tub
- Furnished with a luxury king bed

Located on a quaint, quiet street in the hills, and just a few minutes’ walk down to Sunset Blvd (restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etc). Ample street parking available.

Note: The full house may be available June - August.

Rent: $2,000 for April 29-May 19 (utilities included)
Ideally looking for someone who can stay for the full sublet period, but open to prorating dates for the right fit.

This home has been in the film fam for many years and has a really positive, creative energy. I’d love to find someone whose lifestyle and values feel like a good match.
