About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to manage and promote our rental availabilities while elevating our brand presence across digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys real estate marketing, social media, and keeping listings accurate, polished, and engaging.
You will be responsible for keeping all rental listings up to date, coordinating marketing efforts for available units, and helping shape a consistent, visually appealing brand presence online.
Key Responsibilities:
Listings
Create, update, and maintain rental listings across all platforms (website, listing sites, etc.)
Ensure availability, pricing, photos, and descriptions are accurate and current
Coordinate listing launches and removals in a timely manner
Assist with basic leasing marketing efforts
Marketing & Brand
Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create and schedule content that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and voice
“Brighten up” the brand through visuals, captions, and consistent messaging
Highlight available units, completed work, and behind-the-scenes content
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
Content & Coordination
Work with management to gather photos, updates, and availability details
Organize digital assets (photos, videos, captions)
Track engagement and suggest ideas to improve reach and visibility
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, social media management, real estate, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple listings and deadlines
Familiarity with rental platforms and social media tools
Strong written communication skills
Basic graphic design or content creation skills a plus
