The living area has a tv, couch/lounger and a work table, if desired the set up can be sectional in living area and table in kitchen. This apt is on the second floor of a three story, its six apt building so everyone knows each other. It is 3/4 blocks from Greenwood Cemetery, Prospect Park and the F/G train. It is a cute neighborhood with lil shops and easy to go into the city from.

I'm an artist/professor and am looking for someone to sublet while I am at a residency May 12 - June 7th. This space is wonderful for one person but could fit two/couple.

The space will be very clean as I plan to deep clean, but I do have a small dog so for someone that's hyper allergic it might not be a good fit.
