Subletting our large 1 bedroom apartment with amazing natural light located on the 7th floor of our elevator building in the heart of walkable Bed-Stuy.

The apartment includes a queen bed, two work spaces (one with an adjustable/standing desk), a sectional with a pull-out mattress, and television. The main room is spacious and includes an adjustable dining table (seats up to 6), lots of kitchen counter/cabinet space, and a range of stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher). The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, blender, food processor, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer, and coffee maker. The apartment also features a deep bathtub, concrete floors, and central air conditioning. (We'll also be taking our dog crate with us, so that won't be there!)

Our private patio has an extendable outdoor dining table that can seat up to eight people as well as an outdoor sectional couch. If you have a green thumb, there are raised plant beds you are welcome to tend to or use. The building includes a laundry room, a gym, an elevator, a bike room, as well as a public roof with incredible views of the city skyline.

The apartment is off of Tompkins Avenue, which is full of cute restaurants, bars, and shops. We are a 10 minute walk away from Herbert Von King park. We are also a 10 minute walk from the A/C at Nostrand, and a 7 minute walk from Kingston-Throop.

Utilities will not be included in rent. Let us know if you'll be able to water the plants, or if we should leave them with friends.

Our names are Celine and Noah, we are partners and this is our first home together :).

We have both lived in the neighborhood for a number of years. Celine is a lawyer and Noah is in law school. We will be spending the summer in New Orleans for work, but our good friends live two blocks away if any assistance is needed with the apartment.
