I am subletting my 1BR apartment on the Bed Stuy/Bushwick border from 4/1 until 7/30! If you wanted to renew the lease, you would be able to do so. Rent is $2800 a month and utilities range from $200-$300 (Verizon Wifi and Con Ed Electric).
The apartment is a walk-up apartment on the second floor with a combo washer/dryer in unit (!), dishwasher (!), and split A/C / heating units. You get great light from both floor to ceiling windows in the living room and bedroom.
This apartment can be furnished or unfurnished. If furnished, I would ask for an additional payment for furniture that we can discuss.
You will be living a 7 min walk from the Kosciuszko J stop and only a 20 minute train ride from Manhattan. You will be right by the B38 and B46 bus for easy access throughout Brooklyn. Restaurants, grocery stores, and bars are all within walking distance.
