Its generously-proportioned, well-lit rooms have plenty of closets, vintage carpentry, and beautiful wood floors. Outside there is an amazing yard with flowering and fruiting trees, comfortable most-weather lanai and cozy fire pit. And the house’s siting is optimal so close to the peaceful river and still walkable to Main Street and its cultural offerings. There’s no place like it. 274 was a true sanctuary for us and we are sorry to have to leave it. ❤️
