This one bedroom apartment is spacious, bright, and quiet. The apartment is available for either short-term (Aug. 1-Dec. 31, 2025) or 12 month lease (Aug. 1 2025-Aug. 1 2026) If you opt for short term, you will have the opportunity to renew at the end of the lease period.

This is an excellent high-rise building with reliable elevators, beautiful location along the water in Long Island City (see photos for views from the apartment and rooftop), and outstanding staff. You'll have a 24/7 door person, live-in super that provides extremely quick service if you need to place a request for anything, and secure package storage. If you decide to apply for a longer lease and want to settle here, you don't have to fear your rent will go up each year (as the current occupant of this unit, my rent increased minimally once in four years, and I've only chosen to leave because I'm relocating for work).

The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, spacious layout, high ceilings, a/c, and stainless steel appliances (fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave). Heat and hot water are included. There are three large closets to provide plenty of storage. The bathroom is recently renovated with modern, high quality fixtures. In addition to the vanity, the wall of mirrors in the bathroom also opens to provide additional storage. There are well-maintained washer/dryers on each floor (plus an additional room of larger commercial washer/dryers on the ground floor for bulky items).

Building amenities include a modern fitness center, landscaped roof deck and garden, resident lounge, Club Room, children's playroom, bike storage, and HomeWork space. You will also have access to use the rooftop amenities of our sister building, which has two tennis courts, grills, cabanas, and green space.

Residents also have easy access to the beautiful waterfront that surrounds 4720 Center Boulevard. With 12 acres of green parks, dog parks, a beautiful esplanade, an outdoor sports park, food trucks and restaurants, and a brand new library just across the street. There are two grocery stores extremely close to the building, and Trader Joe's is walkable as well. The area is extremely safe, clean, and you'll have easy access to the 7 train (there is also a shuttle the building provides that comes every 10 minutes or so that will take you directly to the 7). The G, E, and M are also easily accessible at Court Square.
