Laundry/Grocery is right around the corner. 10min walk to G & C trains. 5 min walk to HVK park.
You'll be splitting the space & utilities with the current tenant.

I'm an executive assistant working in midtown 5 days a week. I love to cook, garden, knit, & read. I spend a lot of time at my boyfriend's apartment so I will be in and out. In my free time I travel, take French classes, see broadway shows, & watch Netflix on the couch. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful, & appreciates Bed-Stuy.

You'll need to demonstrate proof of income (tax returns/bank statements). You'll provide a security deposit the value of one month's rent that will be returned so long as the room is in the same condition as when entered and rent is paid in full.
There is flexibility in terms of the sublease period, potential to add on the month of August.
