Our Staffing Coordinators become the experts on both our clients and our caregivers. They consider each person’s experiences, preferences, and personalities to make great connections. Thus, this is a position that requires you to solve both scheduling puzzles and people puzzles.
You will get to know our caregivers starting with the interview process and furthermore through continuous feedback as they work with our clients. Eventually, you will play a crucial role in matching the right caregiver with the right client at the right time.

Responsibilities
You will play an integral role in assigning and scheduling our roster of caregivers to our clients. This position requires you to develop a working relationship with many of our employees, as well as our clients and their family members.
Caregiver Scheduling & Management
• Understanding clients’ needs and finding the appropriate caregiver(s) to work with them
• Coordinate with clients and caregivers to generate schedules
• Handle caregiver vacation time and urgent call-outs
• Track caregiver late shift alerts
Caregiver Onboarding & Administration
• Conduct interviews and help lead orientations for potential and onboarded caregivers
• Maintain caregiver files
• Routinely assess caregiver performance and document accordingly
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Comfort in managing and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
• Adept at learning new software
• Ability to quickly come up with creative solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Enjoy collaborative work
• A driving force for help support vulnerable populations
Preferences
• Knowledge of Microsoft productivity applications
• Experience in home care, healthcare staffing, or another related field
• Experience in a staffing or coordination role
