very calm & mature environment - if you’re clean, respectable, and self aware then this will be a great fit.

spot is off montrose on the L, off broadway on the JMZ, and off lorimer for the G train - you can use Brooklyn Tree (restaurant) as a point on maps if you want to compare work commutes.

$1600 for the month or $900 per week!
