I LOVE my space and have poured a lot of love in created a respite in the city. Looking for someone who will appreciate it while I am away for work.

This is your own private loft- you won't be sharing space with anyone.

Huge Artist Loft (1,400 sqft) with your own:
-personal dance studio
-lots of plants and sunlight (kitty not included, just to show you how much sun there is ;-)

-Large Screen TV
-personal workstation
-large Mac Monitor
-queen size temper-pedic bed
-meditation space in loft
-bathtub + shower
-4 washer/dryers on site (quarters)
-Alarm system for your peace of mind

First floor, fully accessible -- back door with small space to sit outside and pull car around for easeful unloading. Please be aware that this is a quiet-ish hours after 10pm sort of place:-) No huge ragers through certainly feel free to entertain/have friends over, etc.

Long-time building manager lives on site.

Dates are flexible on the end side (could potentially be longer...) Preference given if someone wants all 4 months, will consider just for the summer though.

**Please note sleeping loft has a low ceiling -- 5ft (never an issue for me because I just sleep on dreamy bed)

-10 min walk to Alameda with v. cute restaurants, shops, etc.
-7 min drive to subway (W Oak) -- then a 9 min subway ride to SF.
-15/20 min walk to Fruitvale Bart
-13 min bike ride to Alameda Beach
-16 min bike ride to Lake Merritt
-16 min drive to DT SF (with no traffic ;-).
