Hey!

I’m looking to sublet my bedroom in a 2bed/ 1 bath for a year from July 30, 2024 to August 1, 2025

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of a pre-war building with an elevator. (There are two steps into the building)

Floors are beautiful hardwood and every room has windows that let in the sun during the day. AC window unit in both the bedroom and living and radiator heating. My room is furnished with a full size bed and a desk, small couch, a freestanding clothes rack and access to the closet. Even with all my things there’s enough space in my room to roll out a yoga mat. (These photos are from when we first moved in)

We’ve got a pretty standard nyc bathroom. The kitchen is separate from the living room with a full size stove and fridge.

We’re tidy & like to pick up after ourselves as we go.

Our building is full of friendly folks that range from their mid/late 20s to older long time residents. Folks don't party too much- or we don't hear it because it's an old building with thick walls.

Our neighborhood is a mixture of different people of all ages and background & is super easy going. There’s definitely a family vibe in the neighborhood. There's a ice cream shop, bodega and bagel place right around the corner for quick eats and everything you could think of (groceries, mcdonalds, chipotle, tmobile, ect.) is located off Utica Ave which is a short walk from our building and an easy spot to swing by on the way home from the train.

We’re located a 6 min walk from the Utica Ave 3/4 Express train and 9 min walk to the Kingston 3 train with a 40min-ish commute into midtown. Getting to Barclays on the 4 is super fast. They've recently installed Citi Bike stations that are less than a 3 min walk from the front door.
