Across from the 9th Street Y in Park Slope, it is near 3 train lines (F, G, and R), a few blocks from Prospect Park, and countless restaurants and shops. Kitchen is fully equipped, including a dish-washer.
About This Lister
A Toronto native, I am the owner/founder of a tutoring company in New York City. Currently working on a tech project in education. Will be spending the summer in Europe, much of it in Arles, where I own a small house. The apartment contains a lot of art and art objects that I inherited from my family - my father had very good taste.
I am asking less than what I pay in rent and offering a discount for longer stays.

The apartment is available June-23- Aug, 10. Would ideally find one person for the duration, but will consider shorter stays. Asking $2000/wk, $5500/mo, $7000 for entire period. If you can't make it here in person, we can arrange for a virtual tour. Will need to interview any prospective sub-tenants. Cleaning fees: 75/week, to be paid to cleaner directly.
