The private bedroom is southwest facing with big windows so very warm in winter. The room is on the second floor and accessible via a wide wooden stairway. The room also has a desk, big sofa chair, full closet, shelving and a dresser. Windows on two sides provide ample late morning and afternoon sun. Extra yellow room is also available for guests or the two person alternative (see Renting Requirements below).

The common spaces in the house are spacious and well furnished. There is a full eat-in kitchen with dedicated pantry shelves. A full bath with bathtub and Japanese bidet toilet. There is also a half bath. WiFi operates throughout the house. Back yard has a patio is enclosed by a locked fence for safe bike parking. The neighborhood as adequate street parking with weekly cleaning.

The house is located in a convenient, tree-lined, & friendly neighborhood with lots of single family homes. It less than 5 minutes walk to the Q & B lines and less than 20 minutes of pleasant walking to the F & G lines. Every convenience is within easy walking distance from the house. It's a block from the Parade Grounds and by extension all of Prospect Park. Lots of restaurants and shopping options are within easy walking distance.
