The space:
This is a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment shared with two great, respectful and clean male film graduate students. The apartment is located near 5th avenue on a lovely quiet street and a short walk to most train lines and buses. Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr 8 min walk (2, 3, 4, 5 B, Q, D, N, R, W, trains) and Union St 6 min walk.
The apartment is on a third floor walkup and there are only two other apartments in the building. There is also washer and dryer in the apartment, which is a big plus in NYC.
The room itself has a full bed, a desk, a dresser, a walk-in closet and a large window so there's a lot of natural light coming in!
No pets allowed and no couples please.
About This Lister
I am a graduate film student going home for winter break. I am looking for a respectful, clean and calm person to take over the room while im away.
The other two roommates are very calm and nice people, and I am looking for someone who can match the same energy.

Rental requirements
The rent is $1300 per month including utilities. I will require a security deposit, a sublet agreement and an ID copy. I am flexible with the dates, but require minimum a month. I am available to chat through FaceTime and also to do a walk-through in person after chatting first to make sure its a good fit.
