Hi! I'm looking for someone to take my lease ending in August 2026 with an option to renew. Monthly rent is $5,660 for a renovated, 3rd floor walk up unit in front of Carroll Park (1 block from the F/G Carroll street stop).
New mini-split cooling/heating units in each room, washer and dryer in unit, and closet in each bedroom. Natural lighting and views are wonderful, with large windows facing east and west into a park (and trees to the west). Images include one of the two bathrooms, and the other is identical but has a walk in shower instead of a tub.
