We are subletting our large, fully furnished 1 bedroom + office/dining room in Prospect Heights from Thursday, July 3 - Sunday, August 3 (dates semi-flexible) while we are away in the UK visiting family.

We’re looking for a mature, respectful, and clean single person or couple to rent the space while we are away.

The apartment is quiet (faces backyards) and full of sunlight. There is laundry and an elevator in the building. It’s very close to Prospect Park, Radio Bakery, Gold Star Beer Counter, Brooklyn Museum, the Grand Army Plaza Farmers Market (Saturday AM), restaurants and bars on Washington Ave and Vanderbilt Ave, etc.

2/3/4/5/Q/B trains are a 5-7 minute walk and most lines are within a 20 min walk (A/C/G/D/N/R/LIRR).
