Hi! I’m subletting my furnished alcove studio in Bushwick from July 1 – November 28 (flexible, available as early as June 23, with potential to extend).

The apartment gets great natural sunlight throughout the day, has 9 ft ceilings, and a separate alcove sleeping area that makes it feel more like a one-bedroom. It’s also very quiet (windows face the back of the building) and located in an elevator building with in-unit laundry. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5-floor building (with roof access above), in a smaller, newer building (under 10 years old) with just 18 units.

Fully furnished with a separate living area, plus a dedicated dining table that doubles as a comfortable work-from-home setup. Hardwood floors throughout. The apartment includes a full kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, air fryer), A/C + heat, a queen bed, and two Samsung smart TVs (one in the living area and one in the alcove sleeping area). There’s also access to a shared rooftop.

Located on a quiet residential block, about a 6-minute walk to the J train (Gates Ave) and 15 minutes to the L (Myrtle-Wyckoff), and within walking distance to Bushwick restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. Tons of supermarkets and delis nearby.

$3,400/month + electric (WiFi included)

Open to shorter stays (3-month minimum)
No pets (sorry!)
