I’m subletting my serene, fully-furnished bedroom for the month of April while I head out West. The apartment is a spacious oasis on the 2nd-floor in a quiet 3-story walk up.

My home is incredibly cozy and charming, with natural light, original hardwood floors, and a calm among the bustling city. The room features a queen size bed and a dedicated desk setup, making it a great spot for remote work.

You’ll be sharing the space with my female roommate, who is in her early 30s and a respectful who is a respectful professional. We’ve cultivated a very tidy, creative, and welcoming home.

The apartment is perfectly situated in Williamsburg, just a short walk to the L train. You’re minutes away from the energy of Bedford Ave but tucked away on a residential street that actually stays quiet at night. Short walk to McCarren Park and plenty of restaurants/bars.
