Looking for a roommate starting April 15 (or May 1st) to fill the third room in our 3bed/2bath Bushwick apartment!

Unit has a washer/dryer (and a wine fridge!) is on the 4th floor and the building has an elevator. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Gates Av (J train). Supermarket also a 5 minute walk away and several dollar stores on the block. There’s a cute cafe only a block away, and a beautiful community garden around the corner!

Current roommates are Pana (myself, 30F)and my sister Hara (27F). We’ve been living in the apartment for a year and a half already. We take care of it with love and want someone who will bring the same kind of energy in the house.
We have a very sweet, almost 2year old cat Rue, who is very cuddly and friendly so loving cats is a must!! You won’t be expected to take care of him but we want someone who will love him and allow him to keep feeling calm and safe in his space.
We both have busy schedules and also enjoy chilling at home, but overall spend a very balanced time in and out so we’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.
We love sharing the space but also appreciate the value of enjoying some alone time here and there.
We’re always open to communication and would like to live with someone who doesn’t just see this a formal co-living situation.
Ideally looking for someone 27 or older. We like to keep the place tidy and clean and use a cleaning schedule to keep track of common area responsibilities etc.

Priorities are peace and good vibes, so if you feel like this sounds like the spot for you we’d love to meet you and see if we’re a match!

The room is bright, has its own built in closet, and already has a bed (we don’t mind getting rid of that if you already have your own). Other than that it will come unfurnished.
