Location (10 points):
- 1.5 blocks from Cobble Hill Park, close to the Brooklyn Bridge Park, and Brooklyn Heights Promenade - really a very beautiful location for going out on strolls and runs.
- 8 min walk to Bergen stop (F/G lines) and 13 min walk to Borough Hall (R,2,3,4,5 line) - commuting is very good.
