I’m looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1st through August 31st, with the option to renew if you’d like to stay longer. Ideally looking for a woman in her 20s or early 30s to join the household.

Rent: $1,310/month
Utilities: typically $100–150/month

This is a bright and comfortable 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment located on the third floor. The space has central heating and cooling, plus the convenience of an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher.

The available room comes furnished with a full-size bed, bed frame, dresser, and clothing rack.

5-minute walk to the Kingston–Throop Avs (C) subway stop
Steps from the B43 and B65 bus lines
Just 2 blocks from Brower Park

Neighborhood:
The area is lively and convenient, with plenty of grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars all within walking distance.

Household:
You’ll be sharing the space with two friendly roommates (Nessie, 24 years old, they/them and Emma, 26 years old, she/her, both work in health and wellness) and two sweet cats, so unfortunately no additional pets are allowed.
