Furnished room available for March. The room has a queen bed, TV, bureau, closet, desk, and double exposure (two sets of windows). It's on the 9th floor of an elevator building in Park Slope, 1/2 block to the R/F/G and a few avenues from Prospect Park. Near a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and cafes.

The 3 BR, 1.5 BA apartment has a full kitchen, large living/dining room, balcony, and laundry in the basement. It's very sunny and plant-filled. There is a cat in residence.

About This Lister

I've had this apartment for 13 years, and will be moving out in the spring. I'll be staying at my partner's traveling in March but going back & forth during the day. There will be 2 roommates. The vibe of the apartment is friendly & chill; everyone does their own thing and respects shared spaces.

The room is meant especially for people working in the arts -- writers, artists, musicians, translators, actors, etc, but is open to anyone.
