I am seeking someone to sublet my sunny room on the Upper West Side. The bedroom has a large window with plenty of natural light, built-in shelves on two walls, an exposed brick wall, high ceilings, and hardwood floors. It is on the second story of a two-story duplex with a shared kitchen, living room, and bath. There are a washer, dryer and dishwasher in the unit, with plenty of storage space.

Great subway access, a short walk away from the Museum of Natural History and less than a block from Central Park. It’s a brownstone building with a stoop on a quiet street next to great, fun areas. Rental agreement open to extend in February.
