Lease takeover application will go directly through management:
Application Fee: $20 per tenant/guarantor
Security Deposit: $5,000.00
First Month’s Rent: $5,000.00
Good Faith Deposit with application: $5,000.00 will become your security deposit
Pet Fee: $50/month per pet
Monthly Utility Fee (Electric): $90
Storage: $75/month (Small), $150/month (Large)
Parking: $300/month
Motorcycle Parking: $200/month
Pets permitted with $50 monthly pet fee
