We are looking for one person -- COVID-informed, looking to rent to one person only -- to fill 1 room available May 1.
This is a 3 bed 2 bath on the top floor of a 3-unit family home. We are two friends (femme-identifying, queer, mid/late 20s) looking for 1 person to sign a lease with us, so prefer someone seeking a communally-minded, long-term arrangement. Rent split is an estimated range of $900-1100 depending on room size.
Location: Sunset Park, Brooklyn, 10-15 min walk to Sunset Park
Rent: $3200 total. Utilities range $150-200s total, evenly split.
3rd floor walk up. No pets currently allowed, policy could change upon lease renewal
Public transit: Two blocks from the N/R at 59th St, three bus lines to Downtown Brooklyn, Bay Ridge, crosstown. 30 minutes to Manhattan. Transfer to BD/Q/23/45/LIRR at Atlantic Av Barclays Center.

8’10” x 11’3” dimensions. Comfortably fits a full size bed and desk.

Common area:
Dine-in kitchen, full sized appliances, no window (stove with vent hood)
Separate living room with window and extra closet space, facing the street.
Bathroom (shared with 1), tub, tiled.
Top floor, no upstairs neighbors.
Landlord is responsive and communicative (primarily Chinese-speaking), lives nearby but not in the building.

R: UX designer for education, fully work from home 9-5. Values respect, accountability, cleanliness, communication, and community building in Sunset Park
