Very Large, light filled one and half bedroom for sublet! Beautiful place, it's close to the park, and walking distance to many great bars and cafes! Lots of fun things to play with, I have an acoustic guitar, electric keyboard, and bass, as well as plenty of cooking supplies and an in unit washer and dryer. It's on the second floor of a four plex, with plenty of street parking. Street cleaning is only on Thursday and Friday's at 10 am. Everyone who has stayed has loved the location and what the neighborhood has to offer.
