Recently renovated 1-bedroom/1-bathroom apartment in Brooklyn Heights (on the border of Cobble Hill at State & Clinton). It’s an amazing location - a short walk away from the 2/3/4/5/A/C/F trains and around the corner from amazing restaurants, parks, and groceries (including Trader Joe’s, as well as specialty shops like Sahadis, a butcher, a fish market, etc.)
The apartment itself isn’t large, but it's very comfortable - mid-century furnished, fully stocked kitchen, high ceilings, lots of light, and on the 2nd floor (walkup).
There are new appliances, a dishwasher, WiFi, and laundry in the building.
I'm a creative director/designer who's been living in this apartment for about 3 years (and in the neighborhood for 10). Clean, modest, and appreciates a comfortable and well-appointed space.
I'm going to be taking time off of work and traveling over the holidays and into the new year, hence the sublet.
Current tenant
I’m subletting the apartment while I’m traveling for the holidays and new year (December - January) - but dates are flexible if needed.
First month's rent required in advance, and rent is due on the last day of the month going forward.
