I’m spending the summer in the Bay Area and looking for someone to enjoy my peaceful and fully furnished Williamsburg garden apartment from August 1st - 30th, with the possibility to extend. Perfectly positioned on the border of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, this beautifully updated, bi-level 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath apartment is designed for comfort, productivity, and relaxation. The apartment is perfect for one professional who works from home (the second bedroom is set up as a dedicated office and yoga room) or a couple. Upstairs, large bedrooms that view the yard with plenty of closet space, downstairs features W/D in-unit and a second smaller living room with a projector set-up and a day-bed couch that converts to a king-size bed. This room doubles as it's own en-suite with a half bathroom, and additional closet space. There is also a private secondary courtyard space downstairs. If you want tranquility while still being only 25 minutes away from the city, this is for you.

* The apartment is not set up for children unfortunately.

* Rent for the first month (plus security deposit, amnt can be pro-rated depending on start date) must be paid upfront.
