Quiet, responsible professional female about to separate from marriage seeks unfurnished, light filled, clean, dog friendly 1-2 bedroom in the Hudson Valley, Beacon-ish preferred, long-term or rent-to-own. I'm open to neighborhoods, love hardwood floors and garden access because I have a 45 pound, well trained dog, washer/dryer and kitchen are non-negotiable. I have a car but have lived in cities for much of my life (NYC, Pittsburgh, London), so walkable access to coffee shops, book stores, yoga, dog park in a more liberal, arty setting would be great.
