Hello! I am traveling June 11—July 8 and am looking for someone who will appreciate and take care of my apartment + plants while I'm away. This is an ideal space for a couple, or two friends. Or just solo if you need peace, and like a lot of space :)

This is a charming Bushwick 2-bedroom railroad in the heart of the neighborhood, steps from Maria Hernandez Park and directly across the street from the lively Molasses Books.

The apartment is generous by New York standards: a full living room, a kitchen with a breakfast nook, and a dedicated study with a two-person ergonomic workstation for anyone who works from home. I have many plants, and there is tons of natural light, morning and evening.

—Split king Saatva mattress with organic cotton sheets
—Large TV with a sound system and streaming platforms
—Yoga mats, weights, pull-up bar

Full stay: $2,800
Shorter term: $800/week

About the neighborhood:
—30-minutes on the M (Central) or L (Jefferson) take you to Union Square, or LES. Both lines are a 5-10 minute walk out the door
—Fabulous cafes + restaurants 2 minute walks in every direction
—Grocery store 5 minute walks, with a farmer's market at the park on Saturdays
—Laundry station on the corner
—Great yoga studio and rock climbing gym 10 minutes away
—Apartment is on a fairly quiet street, mostly birdsong through the back windows
