My roommate and I are subletting 2 rooms in our apartment in PLG. We are two female female roommates (late 20s). Apartment is on the second floor. We're looking for someone to rent two rooms, starting December 15th (although we are potentially flexible if someone is able to move in December 1st). This is a month to month lease, with rent paid on the 1st every month. If move-in on the 15th, December's rent would be prorated.

We are renting the two front rooms. The first is larger with 3 south facing windows, and is around 147 Sq Ft with no closet. There is an Ikea Armoire we can leave in here if preferable. The second is smaller, around 95 Sq Ft and has a closet. It works well as an office space, project room, extra storage, workout room etc. Both rooms will be unfurnished. The common spaces consist of a large living room, separate kitchen and a single bathroom.

We like to go out but also hang and watch Netflix. Bachelorette, Succession and Ozark lovers welcome!! We’re pretty clean and expect our new roommate to be the same. This means cleaning up after you're done in the kitchen (no dirty dishes left in sink overnight or if you've left the apartment, clean counters and sweep floor), and tidying up after being in a common room. Looking for someone who might want to hang out and enter the mix, but welcome someone more independent as well!

There is a Key foods in walking distance, and a Lincoln Market a bit further (15 minutes). We most often use the 2/5 Sterling Street stop, but the Q train (a bit further) is also nearby. Neighborhood is quiet, with good local coffee shops and restaurants.

We're pretty chill these days, go out a bit on weekends. Don't often have people over, but its definitely fine if you were to invite people over weekends. We like to cook, go on runs, watch Netflix and whip up some hot toddies or play the occasional game of cards.

All pretty clean. Expectation is that you don't leave dishes sitting in the kitchen longer than an hour, and definitely clean up after yourself before leaving the house or going to sleep.

We have a cat, so those with allergies beware.
