It's a cute room with a large bed and three large windows on a street view, in a two bedroom railroad apartment with two separate entrances and a full equipped kitchen, located in Huron street, two blocks from the East river ferry, one block from Greenpoint avenue stop (G train) - and a short bus ride or walk to Bedford av (L train, Williamsburg) or Vernon jackson (7 train)

The neighbourhood is fabulous - there's literally the most beautiful view ever of Nyc (see the pictures) with little benches and a small new park in front of the waterfront in our own street! The neighborhood is full of awesome stores, calm at the same time. Working musician, this is my personal room that I see as a sacred temple so I am looking for an extremely respectful, clean and responsible working person. There is an easy access to the kitchen space and the bathroom to be shared with my current roommate who has been in the other room for more than a year and is very respectful of other's privacy and easy to share a home/space with.

Greenpoint is the coolest neighbourhood in Brooklyn! And once you've experienced it, you're hooked... It's quiet and full of life at the same time, lots of groceries, markets and nice people. Don't miss the amazing Transmitter park at the end of Greenpoint avenue with view on Manhattan, especially amazing by night with all the lights...T he G train is just one block from the apartment!

French algerian artist and real greenpointer - you'll find anything you need in this lovely historic neighbourhood, from great yoga studios to cosy restaurant, even polish concert halls - awesome places to run and exercise - mac carren park even has tracks and an outdoor swimming pool - cool bars and coffee shops... the 'word' library face to the greenpoint park, newtown barge park, organic groceries in Manhattan avenue. No television please, it's a rejunevating creative and artistic space (fyi contrary to the photo, there is no more couch in the living room but a piano ;)
