The apartment is impeccably clean, organized, and spacious, with an elegant prewar layout. South-facing windows in the living room and one of the bedrooms let in beautiful light throughout the day.

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, dishwasher, all kinds of gadgets (coffeemaker, blender, juicer, etc...) and cookware.

There is also a separate dining room and library. The two bedrooms are located on opposite ends of the apartment for added privacy and quiet. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress, down duvet and pillows, and cotton bedding. Blackout curtains ensure a tranquil sleeping sanctuary.

The apartment is fully equipped, with AC wall units in each room. Other amenities include high-speed internet, a large Smart TV with streaming services, and a SONOS soundsystem.

Located on a quiet residential street in Williamsburg, you are within close distance of everything you need. There is an organic food market and a natural wine store a couple of blocks away. A short walk to the L, G, J, and M trains.
