We’re a French-American couple planning to work remotely (ideally somewhere warm) Februrary 2025, so we're renting our place.

A bit about the apartment – it’s a light-filled 3 bedroom/2 bath 90m2 in the 18ème (Jules Joffrin). It’s 5 mins from Montmartre and the Sacré Cœur, 3 mins from the 12 metro/5 mins from the 4 metro, with lots of cute shops and restaurants. It’s on the 6th floor which is why it has so much light and thankfully there’s an elevator. Since it’s facing the courtyard, the apartment is very quiet and the neighbors are pretty respectful. No parties, nor pets.

Dishwasher, washer, espresso machine, and nice office set up. We both work from home so there's excellent wifi!

The price is $3000/month. Our home is very special to us and we want to make sure whoever stays is open to treating her well 🙏

We can be flexible with dates throughout Feburary and March, so if there's interest in shorter term stays, we're open to discuss.
