Bonjour!
I am subletting my Paris apartment from January 1st 2025 through February 28th 2025.
I can do one month minimum, 6 weeks or the whole period Jan 1st through Feb 28th.
For these winter months, I am offering a special discounted rate at $2500 pm (instead of my usual $3K range) to rent it fast, and gain quick financial peace of mind, as I’ll need to be spending a lot of money renovating our swimming pool in our South of France home during this time 😅
January and February in Paris are the best time to take advantage of the epic January Soldes in all the stores, and enjoy all the art exhibitions with fewer tourists and lines than during the holiday season. This is also an ideal option for anyone looking to work remotely from Paris and start the new year in an inspiring setting.
- Max occupancy is 2 people
- a Security Deposit is required.
(PS. For anyone interested in other months this year, please feel free to reach out, but please note that my price will be different and, that March and June are not available)
ABOUT MY APARTMENT (700 Sqft) :
- Designer furniture throughout
- Wooden walk-in closet from floor to ceiling, with ceilings over 3 meters high.
- Dedicated office space
- Separate dining room that can double up as a 2nd workspace (great if 2 people are working remote)
- Queen size bed with brand new mattress
- 55 inch TV with Cable, and Netflix.
- Washer Dryer
- Super fast Wifi
- 3 authentic fireplaces, adding unbelievable charm to the apartment and the real Parisian experience.
- Magnificent wrought-iron door leads to the inside courtyard of the building (extremely rare in Paris). You're overlooking the inside courtyard, providing a sense of serenity.
ABOUT THE LOCATION:
- Unbeatable location in the heart of the prominent 16th arrondissement, in one of its finest streets with Parisian mansions.
- Prestigious Haussmann-style building from the late 19th Century.
- My apartment is near a beautiful park, perfect for morning jogs
- My favorite: the exclusive Bon Marché of the 16th (La Grande Epicerie de Passy), our French “Harrods Food Court” is a short 5-minute walk and stands on 4 floors of food heaven. It offers the most amazing gourmet foods and the best coffee in town (you can enjoy your morning coffee on their first floor Coffee Bar with a view of Rue de Passy).
- There are many restaurants and cafés, florists and bookstores in the area.
- All the local merchants are down the street and include several bakeries, butcher, fisherman, cheese shops, caterers, and several wine shops.
- The famous Rue de Passy is just a 5 min walk from the apartment and offers many luxury boutiques, additional supermarkets and a cinema, in addition to a great permanent covered farmers market and outdoor farmers markets too.
- You can walk to the bottom of the Eiffel Tower in 15 min and you see her from everywhere the minute you step out of the apartment.
- The 16th arrondissement in Paris is synonymous with prestige. You can walk to Musee Marmottan (Monet Museum) in less than 5 minutes, other really close-by museums include Palais de Tokyo, Grand Palais, Petit Palais, Louis Vuitton Foundation, YSL museum, Musee Guimet, Musee Clemenceau, Modern Art Museum, and many more).
- The Metro is down the street (only 300 meters away) and we have a bike station across the street as well.
- I am in my early 40s. I was born in Paris, and grew up in the 16th arrondissement.
- I have been a French Expat in the US for the last 15 years.
I own this apartment, and I take great care of it, it is fully renovated and furnished with designer pieces that I love.
- I worked for consulting firms in London, NY and LA. I now work in Banking and I also have a small food start-up.
I live between LA, NY, Paris and the South of France.
- As a US resident, I also sublet my place in Los Angeles, so I have practice in thinking about every detail to ensure that my tenants have a great experience.
- I sometimes rent my Los Angeles place on Airbnb where I am proud to have won a Superhost status and 5 star reviews for 10 years running, and I can provide references (I understand reciprocal trust is essential).
I own this apartment.
